The Bronx Health Reach (a federal health center in the state of New York State) is offering a program called "Healthy Heart, Healthy Life."

Objective: To help Bronx residents (only) live more healthier lives, focusing on controlling and/or reducing hypertension.

Duration: Weekly 1 hour classes for 7 weeks.

Location: Christian Bible Temple, 1524 Parker St. Bronx NY 10462.

Bronx Health Reach (un centro de salud federal en el estado de Nueva York) ofrece un programa llamado "Corazón saludable, vida saludable".

Objetivo: ayudar a los residentes del Bronx (únicamente) a llevar una vida más saludable, centrándose en controlar y/o reducir la hipertensión.
